Cermati.com is looking for an Employee Benefit Staff in Jakarta to maintain and grow business opportunities by contacting prospects and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.

This role requires a deep understanding of health insurance policies and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Employee Benefits or insurance.
• Experience in maintaining employee benefit insurance for large companies.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Benefit products, especially Health Insurance Policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining existing business and generating new business opportunities by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations and closing new Employee Benefit accounts
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business
• Build and maintain account databases, including client relationships, and provide oversight to account activity
• Look for opportunities to grow business from existing clients by offering other products of Employee Benefits
• Manage the renewal process with existing clients and ensure all internal procedures are compiled during the renewal process
• Provide insurance consultancy services to clients and add value to them
• Collaborate with the Employee Benefits team (claims, placement, finance, etc.) in targeted accounts, ultimately accountable for success
• Build client-oriented value, manage client complaints, solve problems that may arise, and conduct discussions with internal and external teams
• Help monitor aftersales/servicing to all accounts internally and externally

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Employee Benefit Staff or equivalent in an insurance company or broker, with additional insurance education or designation preferred
• Must have experience maintaining employee benefit insurance for large companies
• Must have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit products, especially Health Insurance Policies
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and preparing presentations
• Must be highly organized and work well in a team environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Must be able to assess and maintain multiple priorities while managing one or more books of business
