Job summary

PT Medisafe Technologies in Indonesia seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily export/import documentation workflows, ensure full customs compliance, and coordinate shipment logistics. You will issue Commercial Invoices, B/L, AWB, and COO accurately and on schedule.

You will serve as the primary operational liaison between external freight vendors and internal teams (Warehouse, QA, Production, CS), driving smooth, compliant shipping operations.

Responsible for supervising daily export/import documentation workflows, ensuring total compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating seamless shipment logistics. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this operational role ensures all shipping paperwork—including Commercial Invoices, B/L, AWB, and Certificates of Origin (COO)—is issued accurately and on schedule, while serving as the primary operational liaison between external freight vendors and internal departments (Warehouse, QA, Production, CS).
