Job summary

Indesso is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations in the assigned area and ensure timely availability of stored goods. You will lead warehouse teams, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with other departments to uphold safety and storage standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in inbound/outbound warehouse operations; strong leadership, coordination, and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all warehouse operational activities within the assigned area and ensure the availability of stored goods.
• Monitor and conduct regular stock opname and reconcile stock opname results with inventory records.
• Ensure all goods are properly identified, with accurate status and designated storage locations.
• Monitor and ensure proper storage arrangements in accordance with applicable warehouse management practices.
• Conduct physical and administrative checks for all inbound and outbound transactions.
• Monitor and control slow-moving items and blocked stock.
• Ensure goods with updated status are properly relocated to their designated storage areas.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness, material handling equipment, and the security of stored goods.
• Monitor and control warehouse operators' working hours and daily activities.
• Collaborate effectively with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
