Job summary

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Capable of staying active and managing indoor/outdoor activities with kids.
Indonesian citizen.

Responsibilities

Design and implement daily activity schedules that are age-appropriate and culturally enriching.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring cleanliness, safety and high standards.
Assist in training, scheduling and motivating the Kids Club team to deliver exceptional service.
Serve as main contact for parents, handling registrations and inquiries with empathy.
Enforce sign-in/sign-out procedures and health protocols; ensure staff are trained in first aid and emergencies.
Manage supplies inventory, attendance records, and assist in departmental budget monitoring.
