Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla in Makassar is seeking an in-role leader to manage daily Food & Beverage operations, coach and develop the team, and ensure brand standards and guest experiences are consistently delivered. You will work cross-functionally to maintain high safety, hygiene, and service levels, with a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in hotel F&B operations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams.
• Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily operation of all Food & Beverage operations through the hotel.
• Assist with controlling departmental costs by stock control, ordering, inventory management and minimising wastage.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build capability and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure brand standards, service procedures and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
