PT Jaya Fermex, a manufacturing and distribution company for bread and raw materials, is seeking a Technical Baker. This role focuses on providing technical support, driving innovation, and sharing expertise to achieve excellence in baked goods for the company and its clients.

The candidate should have around 3 years of experience as a technical baker in Bakery Ingredients, Food Ingredients, and FMCG Food categories, with an associate degree in hospitality or tourism.

Formación

• Minimum education: associate degree of hospitality or tourism.
• Have an experience as technical baker for around 3 years in Bakery Ingredients, Food Ingredients, and FMCG Food category.
• Willing to travel to all area in Denpasar.
• Have a motorcycle and SIM C (License)

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support across baking operations and processes.
• Lead and contribute to new product development (NPD) in baked goods.
• Resolve complex baking challenges and optimize product quality.
• Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams and clients.
