Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounting Department, reporting to the Finance Director, Group Chairman, and Group Vice Chairman. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting and strong leadership across the finance function.

You will drive long-term forecasts, annual budgets, rolling cash flow projections, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, transfer pricing, and SP2DK processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Brevet A, B, and C Tax Certifications are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax planning.
• Experience with Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance.
• Experience handling SP2DK and/or tax audits.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Accurate, Journal ID; Excel; and familiar with AI apps.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow management, and financial projection skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee all accounting activities, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including SP2DK processes.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls, accounting procedures, process improvement including upgrading finance tools and automating data reporting.

About the Role

The Finance Manager will leadand manage the Finance & Accounting Department. This position will report to theFinance Director, Group Chairman, and Group Vice Chairman.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting.

• Oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including tax correspondence, and handle SP2DK processes with the Indonesian Tax Office.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls, accounting procedures, process improvement including upgrade finance tools and automate data reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting at a managerial level.
• Possession of Brevet A, B, and C Tax Certifications is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and tax planning.
• Proven experience in handling Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance.
• Proven experience in handling SP2DK and/or tax audit.
• Proficient in accounting systems such as ERP, Accurate, Journal ID; Ms. Excel; PPT; and familiar using AI App.
• Strong understanding budgeting, cash flow management, and financial projection/modelling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
