PT Harmoni Semesta Anagata is seeking a Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager in Jakarta to lead finance, accounting and tax functions, ensuring PSAK/SAK-compliant statements and robust cash flow management. You will deliver analytical insights to support strategic decisions and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in finance with 2–3 years in management, ERP proficiency, and strong leadership. IPO experience is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting with 2–3 years in a manager/supervisor role.
• Strong understanding of PSAK/SAK and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with audit processes and internal control development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with PSAK/SAK standards.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning and needs to support company development.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and follow-up on findings.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, SOPs and financial procedures.

Lead and oversee Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with PSAK/SAK standards, manage cash flow and financial planning to support company development, and provide financial analysis and insights to management for business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee Finance, Accounting, Tax functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow

Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with PSAK/SAK standards

Manage and monitor cash flow, budget, financial planning and financial needs to support company development

Act as point of contact and coordinate internal and external audit processes, including follow-up on audit findings

Develop and strengthen internal control, SOP and financial procedures in line with business growth

Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making

Lead, develop and improve Finance & Accounting team performance

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in Finance & Accounting, with 2–3 years at Manager/Supervisor level

Strong understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting and internal control

Understanding and ability to apply PSAK/SAK in financial statement preparation

Strong financial analysis, problem solving and risk assessment capabilities

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Able to work in fast-paced and high-growth environment

High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Familiar with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Experience in IPO processes, corporate actions, due diligence, audit or public company reporting is a plus
