Role Description

The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cikarang Barat. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and budgeting, managing cash flow, and monitoring company financial performance against targets. The Finance Manager prepares and reviews financial statements, ensures accurate bookkeeping, and maintains compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors, and providing financial reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves implementing internal controls, optimizing financial processes, and supporting project and client profitability analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Candidates should possess solid accounting and reporting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and knowledge of relevant accounting standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in finance-related software and tools, such as accounting systems and spreadsheet applications.
• Minimun 5 years of experience in financial management and 3 years in an equivalent management role.
• Candidates should be familiar with Indonesia's fiscal and taxation policies, accounting standards (PAKAK/IFRS) and relevant laws and regulations, proficient in SAP, Oracle or local financial systems and office software
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, logical thinking, capable of smooth collaboration with both Chinese and Indonesia teams
• Ability to work in English and Indonesian
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, economic management, banking, auditing or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
