Job summary

PT INDONESIA MOROWALI INDUSTRIAL PARK is seeking an Asset Management professional to oversee data collection, management, and control of assets across Head Office and Site locations. You will maintain an accurate asset database and monitor asset condition and location to support informed management decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a 4-year degree in Management or related fields, with 3+ years in asset management at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of Asset Management experience at Sr. Staff/Supervisor level.
• Experience managing fixed and operational assets.
• Understanding of asset management processes, recording, and control.
• Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report assets periodically.
• Knowledge of asset recording systems, stock opname, and internal controls.
• Good coordination and communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, management, and control of company assets at Head Office and Site.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of the asset database.
• Monitor asset condition and location regularly.
• Prepare periodic asset reports for management evaluation.
