Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented asset administrator to manage company asset records, conduct stock opname, and reconcile counts with system records. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

The candidate will monitor asset movement, maintenance, and disposal, and prepare regular asset reports. Independent work and teamwork are both essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understand asset administration, inventory management, and stock opname processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company asset records and documentation.
• Conduct regular stock opname and physical asset verification.
• Reconcile physical asset counts with system/database records.
• Identify, investigate, and report asset discrepancies.
• Monitor asset movement, usage, maintenance, and disposal.
• Prepare asset reports and update asset databases.
• Handle asset tagging and identification.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding asset requests and maintenance.
• Ensure asset administration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
