Job summary

PT INDONESIA MOROWALI INDUSTRIAL PARK is seeking an Asset Management professional to oversee data collection, management, and control of assets across Head Office and Site locations. You will maintain an accurate asset database and monitor asset condition and location to support informed management decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a 4-year degree in Management or related fields, with 3+ years in asset management at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of Asset Management experience at Sr. Staff/Supervisor level.
• Experience managing fixed and operational assets.
• Understanding of asset management processes, recording, and control.
• Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report assets periodically.
• Knowledge of asset recording systems, stock opname, and internal controls.
• Good coordination and communication across departments.

Job description

Asset Management role responsible for data collection, management, and control of company assets in accordance with applicable procedures, covering both Head Office and Site assets.

Key responsibilities

Conduct data collection, management, and control of company assets according to established procedures for Head Office and Site locations

Maintain and ensure accuracy of the company asset database

Monitor asset condition and location on a regular basis

Prepare periodic asset reports as material for management evaluation and decision-making

About you

Minimum S1 education in Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Management or related positions at Sr. Staff/Supervisor level

Experienced in managing fixed assets and operational assets of the company

Understanding of asset management processes, recording, and company asset control

Able to conduct monitoring, evaluation, and periodic asset reporting

Understanding of asset recording systems, stock opname, and internal controls

Good coordination and communication skills across departments
