Plan, develop, and execute training and development programs, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through implementation and evaluation.
Support the recruitment, selection, and management of potential candidates to meet organizational talent requirements.
Develop and implement leadership development programs and operator competency certification initiatives.
Manage the administration and compliance of foreign worker documentation, including RPTKA, IMTA, and KITAS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify competency gaps and develop effective people development strategies.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Law.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in training and development or HR Operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in Training or Recruitment.
Soft skill: Leadership, good communication, coaching ability, cross-functional teamwork.
Technical skill: Training needs analysis, competency-based recruitment, program evaluation, assessment center.
Have CHRP certification& proficient speaking English is highly preferable.
Willing to be placed in Samarinda.
