Job summary

PT Kaia Anugerah Indonesia seeks an experienced HR ASST. Manager (Generalist) to lead end-to-end HR functions and partner with management on talent development.

The role covers policy formulation, recruitment, performance management, payroll, and legal compliance within a manufacturing/FMCG context. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR with a strong grasp of Indonesian labor law, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Asst. Manager in Manufacture / FMCG / Farm / Fishery
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations
• Experience handling industrial relations and employee relations cases
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide advisory support to management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management, KPI/OKR, and employee development programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR data management.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and ensure labor-law compliance.
• Coordinate with General Affairs regarding facilities, assets, and employee needs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR ASST. Manager (Generalist) to manage end to end Human Resources functions and act as a strategic partner to management in developing and managing company talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Budgeting control
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Align HR strategies with company business objectives
• Provide HR advisory support to management on people and organizational matters

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, hiring)
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs
• Design and improve onboarding, engagement, and retention programs

3. Performance Management & Development

• Manage performance appraisal systems (KPI / OKR / Performance Review)
• Identify training needs and develop employee learning programs
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives

4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

• Manage salary structure, benefits, and employee welfare programs
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits schemes

5. Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance

• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
• Manage employment contracts, company regulations, and HR legal documentation
• Supervise HR administration and employee data management
• Coordinate with General Affairs regarding facilities, assets, and employee needs
