Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Law.
• 4-5 years of experience in training and development or HR Operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
• Soft skills: Leadership, good communication, coaching ability, cross-functional teamwork.
• Technical skills: Training needs analysis, competency-based recruitment, program evaluation, assessment center.
• CHRP certification and proficient speaking English preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute training and development programs from TNA through evaluation.
• Support recruitment, selection, and management of potential candidates to meet organizational talent needs.
• Develop and implement leadership development and operator competency certification initiatives.
• Manage administration and compliance of foreign worker documentation (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify competency gaps and develop development strategies.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
