Job summary

PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik seeks an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee dealer performance in Subang, Lembang, and surrounding areas. You will plan sales strategies, train dealers, and monitor progress to meet monthly and yearly targets.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate promotions, and support new dealer openings while ensuring readiness and alignment with regional goals. Travel within Subang and nearby cities is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably Business/Marketing).
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive/electronics/related sectors.
• Proven experience supervising sales teams or dealer networks.
• Strong understanding of the Subang automotive retail landscape.
• Willing to travel within Subang and surrounding areas with a valid SIM A.

Job description

Supervise and monitor dealer sales performance across Subang, Lembang and the surrounding area

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Conduct regular dealer visits to provide product training, sales support, and performance evaluations.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities; develop area-specific strategies and insights for Subang, West Java.

Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and product launches within the assigned area.

Support the opening of new dealers or branches in Subang and the surrounding area when needed, including initial coordination, site surveys, and operational readiness.

Prepare and present reports on sales progress, dealer performance, and market conditions to the Regional Manager and Head Office.

Maintain strong collaboration with dealer sales teams, field sales teams, and marketing teams.

Provide coaching, motivation, and capability development for the dealer network.

Willing to conduct business trips to other cities across Subang as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, motorbike, electronics, or smartphone industry.

Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.

Strong understanding of the automotive retail or distribution landscape in Subang

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Willing to travel extensively within Subang (holding a valid SIM A is preferred).

Proficient in reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.

Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced market environment.

Willing to be based in Subang (West Java).
