Job summary

Chery Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Dealer Operations Leader to drive the expansion and operational excellence of our dealership network in Indonesia. You will align HQ guidelines with local market needs, manage KPI performance, and lead audits to lift dealer results.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is required, with Mandarin as an advantage; a minimum of five years in automotive dealer operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry’s dealer operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations management in the automotive industry.
• Possesses strategic thinking towards data & information.
• Strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new outlets, ensuring construction progress, layout implementation, facility readiness, and standardization meet company standards.
• Develop and localize dealership operation standards by adapting headquarters (HQ) guidelines to fit the Indonesian market needs.
• Develop and monitor the dealer’s KPI performance, including the sales satisfaction index (SSI).
• Lead, plan, conduct, and supervise dealer audits and conferences.
• Lead improvement initiatives across dealer operations, including stockyard, financing, test drive programs, and salesforce uniform standards.
• Support underperforming dealers through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams.

Requirements:
