Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia, founded in 2017, is a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand with online and offline presence. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and help us attract top talent across all levels.

You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, build a strong candidate pipeline, and contribute to an engaging employee experience as we scale. Fresh graduates are welcome for internship experiences, and agility is prized in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in talent acquisition in FMCG, beauty, or headhunting; internships welcome for fresh graduates.
• Experience executing end-to-end hiring for entry to managerial level is a plus.
• Agile, detail-oriented, and high-achiever in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Experienced in using various job platforms.

Responsibilities

• Find, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia.
• Conduct a full cycle of talent acquisition from job posting to onboarding.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the employee experience (e.g., probation period).
• Manage talent pool development for future hiring needs.
• Manage job sources and review their effectiveness regularly.
