Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive growth in the Gorontalo region. You will lead the distribution network, manage distributors and sales teams, and cultivate strong client relationships to achieve targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a supervisory sales position within FMCG/beauty, with willingness to be placed in Gorontalo area.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years as Sales Supervisor in General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Strong online selling strategies and execution.
• Proven experience managing distributors, agents, and resellers.
• Willing to be placed in Gorontalo area and FMCG/beauty background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (handling both General Trade and Modern Trade independent channels)
• Strong understanding of online selling strategies and execution
• Proven experience managing distributors, agents, and resellers
• Solid knowledge of territory management
• Background in the FMCG or beauty industry preferred
• Willing to be placed in Gorontalo area

Responsibilities

• Building team and distribution network in several area in Gorontalo
• Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales target
• Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base
