Job summary

PT UNZA VITALIS (a business unit of Wipro Customer Care) is seeking a sales professional to drive channel sales with GT/MTI in Jayapura region. You will oversee the full selling process and maintain strong partner relationships, aiming to achieve territory sales and profit goals.

Expect regular reporting and field travel as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in related FMCG sales, with preference for supervisory or coordinating experience in personal care and skincare

• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience as a supervisor/coordinator in Sales - Retail/General or FMCG (Personal Care & Skincare).

Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products to channel participants (GT/MTI).

Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationships with partners.

Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.

Making daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Monitoring and evaluating productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry (Personal Care & Skincare Products).
