Job summary

PT UNZA VITALIS, a unit of Wipro Consumer Care, seeks a Sales Supervisor to drive promotions and sales growth in Balikpapan and Tarakan. You will manage channel relationships (GT/MTI), oversee the selling process, and implement policies to hit territory targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in FMCG sales, with experience in distribution channels and willingness to travel. Based in Balikpapan/Tarakan area, on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of working experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Personal Care & Skincare).
• Experience in managing distribution channels (GT, MTI).

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products to channel participants (GT/MTI).

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor and evaluate productivity of Salesmen and Distributors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry (Personal Care & Skincare Products).
• Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, Sales Data Report.
• Experienced in managing distribution channels (GT, MTI) for all Balikpapan & Tarakan areas.
• Applicant who is under 36 years old is preferable.
