Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in sales; FMCG experience in Personal Care & Skincare preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, leadership, market knowledge, distribution management, and sales data reporting.
• Experience managing distribution channels (GT, MTI) in Jayapura, Merauke, Timika and Nabire.
• Willing to travel; age under 36 preferred.

Aufgaben

• Selling and promoting products to channel participants (GT/MTI).
• Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationships with partners.
• Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
• Making daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitoring and evaluating productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.
