Job summary

Mindray Indonesia in Surabaya is seeking a seasoned medical equipment sales professional to drive territory growth across East Java, Bali, and Nusra. You will lead the sales network, coordinate with distributors, and ensure coverage aligned with strategic plans.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in medical/biomedical or related field, with 5+ years in medical devices sales, excellent communication and English skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for the territory.
• Build and consolidate a sales network with wide territory coverage.
• Collect orders from distributors per agreements and monthly forecasts.
• Manage existing distributors across the territory.
• Identify key customers and participate in the full sales cycle.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors.
• Assist service and support in payment collection and handling complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in Ultrasound.
• Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
• Required skills: Sales.
• Experienced in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
• Domicile and coverage area: East Java, Bali, Nusra

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
• Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
• Manage the Company’s existing distributors over the Territory.
• Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
• Keep an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace.
• Assist the service and support staff to deal with the payment collection and customer complain.
