Job summary

Mindray is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Jakarta operations. You will install and troubleshoot ultrasound and radiology equipment at customer sites, ensuring reliability, uptime and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5+ years of field service experience, a Bachelor degree in medical/biomedical related field, intermediate English, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus. Residency in Jakarta is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in medical, technical bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Ultrasound and Radiology product.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably SAP.
• Domicile in Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request.
• Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
• Ensure customer’s satisfaction.
• Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
• Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
