Job summary

Mindray in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive territory performance and build a robust distributor network. The role requires managing existing distributors, identifying key customers, and guiding the full sales cycle from order collection to payment follow-up.

Applicants should have 5+ years in medical equipment (prefer ultrasound), excellent communication skills, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in medical, technical biomedical, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical equipment industry, preferably ultrasound.
• Excellent communication and high efficiency.
• Sales experience is required.
• Experience managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with SAP and internal sales management system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum annual sales target in the territory.
• Set up and consolidate a sales network with sufficient territory coverage.
• Collect orders from distributors according to agreements and monthly forecasts.
• Manage existing distributors in the territory.
• Identify key customers and engage in all sales cycle stages.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and competition.
• Assist service and support with payment collection and handling customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in Ultrasound.
• Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
• Required skills: Sales.
• Experienced in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
• Domicile and coverage area: East Java, Bali, Nusra

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
• Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
• Manage the Company’s existing distributors over the Territory.
• Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
• Keep an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace.
• Assist the service and support staff to deal with the payment collection and customer complain.
