Job summary

Mindray is seeking a Sales Manager in Jakarta to deliver sales targets and manage distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the medical equipment field, particularly with IVD and imaging systems.

Key responsibilities include developing sales networks and collaborating with internal teams and local partners to drive sales initiatives. Excellent communication and proficiency in sales management software, including SAP, are required.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years working experience in the medical equipment industry, preferably in IVD and/or Imaging Systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the specified customer’s segment.
• Develop and manage distributors for AKD product sales.
• Set up and consolidate sales network in the Territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to explore new opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacture partners for Local Content certification.
• Collect orders from distributors as per their schedule.
• Identify key customers and engage in the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in IVD and/or Imaging Systems.
• Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
• Required skills: Sales.
• Experienced in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the specified customer’s segment in each region.
• Develop and manage distributors in regards with AKD product sales and marketing activities.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
• Coordinate with internal sales & marketing team to explore new opportunities for local product and manufacture partners.
• Collaborate with local manufacture partners to propose Local Content (TKDN) certification.
• Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
• Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
