Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Area Sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and management capabilities.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesia's automotive market and key players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to achieve sales, revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and initiatives to strengthen regional brand presence.
• Coordinate sales programs across assigned branches, ensuring consistent implementation and monitoring.
• Manage branch performance and uphold purchase experience standards.
• Monitor branch and team KPIs using composite metrics and retailer data, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Analyze and report sales volume, market share, profitability, and customer acquisition with actionable insights for senior management.
• Conduct sales team performance reviews in accordance with company standards.

Monitor branch and team KPIs using GAC AION Composite and retailer data to identify gaps, implement improvements, and drive accountability.

Analyze and report sales volume, market share, profitability, and customer acquisition, providing senior management with actionable insights, risks, and corrective recommendations.

Conduct sales team performance reviews in accordance with company standards.
