Job summary

PT Wedison Green Energy Group Technology in Bali seeks an experienced Sales Manager (English speaker) to lead our automotive sales team, expand market share, and drive revenue with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive sales leadership, fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, a strong network in Bali, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue in the automotive sector.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
• Lead negotiations and finalize profitable commercial agreements.

To support our strategic growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven, and experienced Sales Manager with strong English communication skills to lead our sales division.

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum 5 years of sales leadership/management experience strictly within the Automotive Industry (OEM, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, aftermarket, or dealership networks).
• Fluent in written and spoken English (essential for international communication and corporate reporting). Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• 4. Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• 5. Deep understanding of the local automotive market, distribution networks, and customer behaviour.
• 6. Domiciled in Bali & able to join immediately

Responsibility :

• 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share, achieve company targets, and increase revenue within the automotive industry.
• 2. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance, achieve individual/team KPIs, and maintain high professional standards.
• 3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, B2B clients, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
• 4. Conduct market research, track industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• 5. Oversee sales forecasting, manage the sales pipeline, and present regular performance reports to upper management.
• 6. Lead negotiations, finalize commercial agreements, and ensure profitable closing of business deals.
