Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by introducing bank products to customers' queries
• Perform other operational duties and support functions
• Offer product promos and existing products to customers
• Cross-sell HSBC products to existing customers
• Direct and inform product digitally and provide guidance for accessing the system
• Follow up on approved products and administer follow-ups
• Record and handle customer complaints
• Manage operational risk in relation to customer activities per rules
