Job summary

Blibli OMG is seeking a store leadership professional to drive sales growth across multiple locations in Indonesia. You will lead and motivate retail teams, execute sales strategies, and ensure consistent customer service standards.

You will monitor area performance, build relationships with customers and local stakeholders, and coach teams to improve engagement in a dynamic retail environment. English proficiency is a plus as part of cross-store collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in gadget/mobile retail.
• Proven experience leading retail teams and multi-store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores.
• Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
• Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and P&L.
• Build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.
