Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably gadget/mobile retail.
• Proven experience leading retail teams with multi-store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; English is a plus.
• Target‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to rotate across stores or areas as needed.
• Strong local network and market knowledge within the region.
• High ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
• Passion for retail excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate retail teams across assigned stores.
• Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
• Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L).
• Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.
