Job summary

PT. LUNA BOGA NARAYAN (Kopi Janji Jiwa) is seeking a Store Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets and ensure smooth daily operations across the region.

You will monitor QC scores, KPI performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction, visit stores to evaluate operations, and advise store leaders on overcoming challenges while driving sales growth. Willingness to travel between outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D-3 from any reputable University.
• Proven minimum experience 3 years as Store Area Manager.
• Having experiences minimum handle & manage at least 10 outlet/store.
• Experiences from F&B or Coffee will be advantage.
• Able to analyze Sales performance & boost sales productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple outlets within the area.
• Monitor QC scores, KPI performance, and inventory levels; ensure targets are met.
• Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency; provide recommendations.
• Drive sales and maximize profitability across all outlets in the area.
• Respond to customer complaints effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job description

Managing Janji Jiwa Outlet maintaining and ensuring all basic store operation are running well.

Managing target day to day operations like QC Score, Mystery shopper , KPI, People development, Inventory and else.

Offer consultation and recommendations to store leader on overcoming operations challenges.

Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.

Monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly objectives.

Maximizing sales and profitability across the stores in the area.

Respond accordingly to effectively handle complaints and offer good solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum D-3 from any reputable University.

Proven minimum experience 3 years as Store Area Manager.

Having experiences minimum handle & manage at least 10 outlet/store.

Experiences from F&B or Coffee will be advantage.

Able to analyze Sales performance & boost sales productivity.

Willing to mobile to each outlet during working hours.
