Job summary

Sour Sally Group is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee multiple FnB outlets and ensure operational excellence across locations. You will drive sales, uphold service standards, and develop store teams while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to travel frequently to assigned areas. You will collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Area Supervisor or equivalent in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with KPI monitoring and cost awareness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the area.
• Monitor SOP compliance, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales reports, metrics, inventory and labour costs for improvements.
• Ensure inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Resolve operational issues, complaints, and employee concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Warehouse.
• Support new store openings, promotions and projects.
• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management.
