• Experience in chain restaurant operations at scale.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets within the area.
• Analyze P&L statements for each location to optimize performance.
• Manage and coordinate inventory across multiple sites.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and mentor local teams for growth and succession planning.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance and efficiency.
• Demonstrate leadership and analytical thinking for strategic decisions.
