Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in Jakarta. You will consolidate sales, inventory, and POS data for management reporting, and drive P&L understanding with hands-on store support.

You’ll collaborate with stores and management, coach teams, and travel frequently to ensure consistency in service quality and execution across the network. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in an Area Manager or District Supervisor role.
• Preferably in F&B, bakery, donut, or coffee shop sectors.
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory, and POS systems.

Job description

Present and consolidate operational data, including Sales, Inventory, SR NSO, and Variance, for management reporting.

Coordinate with stores and management to support operational activities.

Understand and manage P&L (Profit & Loss) and inventory management, as well as operate POS (Point of Sales) systems.

Prepare reports for Head Office using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead and coach teams, with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Maintain high mobility to travel between stores as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager or District Supervisor, preferably in the F&B industry.

Experience in retail bakery, donut, or coffee shop is preferred.

Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and POS systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Willing to travel frequently between stores.
