Job summary

Seven Retail Group in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple branches, drive sales, and optimize operations. You will coach teams, review performance data, and implement improvements to ensure high service quality across the area.

The role requires 4–6 years in sales/operations and proven leadership experience, with regular travel across the assigned area. This is a full-time position with opportunities to influence a growing lifestyle services group.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and monitor teams across multiple branches/units.

Drive sales, revenue, and operational targets across the assigned area.

Review business and sales data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.

Visit branches regularly to monitor performance and daily operations.

Ensure branches follow company SOPs, standards, and service quality.

Develop team performance through coaching and regular performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

4–6 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management.

Experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership role.

Proven experience managing multiple branches/units and leading teams.

Strong in achieving sales and business targets.

Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using business and sales data to make decisions.

Experience in education, retail, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, or other multi-unit businesses is a plus.

Willing to travel regularly across the assigned area.
