Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Willing to travel regularly across the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor teams across multiple branches/units.
• Drive sales, revenue, and operational targets across the assigned area.
• Review business and sales data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Visit branches regularly to monitor performance and daily operations.
• Ensure branches follow SOPs, standards, and service quality.
• Develop team performance through coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve area performance.
