Job Purpose: To manage and drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion within the assigned area by designing and executing local growth initiatives, optimizing channel performance, and coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve Sales Objectives.

• Develop area growth initiatives by analyzing market opportunities, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Drive end-to-end sales performance by monitoring growth initiatives execution, ensuring achievement of sales, productivity, acquisition, and profitability targets across the assigned area
• Optimize revenue achievement by monitoring business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating local campaigns, product launches, customer acquisition initiatives, and community engagement programs to accelerate business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align commercial priorities, strengthen channel proposition in delivering sustainable business results
