Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Area General Manager to lead the Dreamland Resort in Bali and support regional resort operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience in hospitality or vacation ownership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality or vacation-ownership.
Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
Experience managing multiple departments or properties.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
Experience with Hotel PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of Dreamland Resort and assigned regional properties.
Drive guest satisfaction, owner engagement, and service excellence.
Manage resort budgets, forecasts, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and develop departmental leaders and resort teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Support sales, marketing, and yield management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
