Konstruksi Online Bali seeks an experienced Architecture Engineer to lead design, planning, and technical delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion. Competenze

• Professional qualification in Architecture or Architecture Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) and BIM platforms such as Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and planning requirements relevant to the region.
• Excellent technical drawing and visualisation skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from design phase through construction.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Project management capabilities and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental considerations is advantageous.
• Experience with Indonesian or Southeast Asian building standards is preferred

About the role We are seeking an experienced Architecture Engineer to join our growing team at our Bali office on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that will see you taking responsibility for the design, planning and technical delivery of architectural projects from conception through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects meet design specifications, budget requirements and timelines. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful architectural developments whilst working in one of the world's most inspiring locations.

What you'll be doing

Develop detailed architectural designs and technical drawings using CAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software

Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints

Collaborate with clients to understand project briefs and translate requirements into architectural solutions

Produce specifications, cost estimates and project timelines for construction phases

Liaise with engineers, contractors and suppliers to coordinate project implementation

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and local planning requirements
