PT Kaileuang Yeelin Investment is a real estate development and EPC company that integrates real estate development, architectural design, engineering construction, and consulting services. The company was established and developed in Bali since 2022 by Chinese registered architects and many Chinese real estate development experts, and currently has several resort, apartment complex, and villa projects under construction.

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Architect / Junior Architect to join our property development team in Bali. The ideal candidate will excel at translating visual concepts into accurate technical shop drawings, mastering 3D modeling, and understanding site construction dynamics.

Key responsibilities

Develop initial architectural design concepts, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for residential and commercial projects

Prepare accurate Detailed Engineering Drawings (DED) and shop drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software for site construction

Assist the project team in specifying building materials that align with aesthetic standards and cost-efficiency

Conduct periodic site visits to ensure construction alignment with approved design drawings

Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and civil contractors to maintain project timelines

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (S.Ars. / S.T.)

1-3 years of experience in architecture or property development (Talented Fresh Graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)

Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion (Knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus)

Must submit an architectural portfolio showcasing both 3D conceptual designs and technical/shop drawings

Understanding local Bali zoning regulations (e.g., building height limitations, setbacks) is a major advantage

Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
