UNIT. Group in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a senior Architect to lead development, review, and refinement of architectural designs for residential and public buildings.

You will ensure functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and compliance with technical standards, and you will translate concepts into detailed drawings. You will supervise on-site construction, address discrepancies between plans and reality, and deliver practical technical solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture, residential/public buildings.
• Hands-on experience in construction site supervision and architectural design supervision, including project completion and handover processes.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD for technical drafting and construction drawing development.
• Strong understanding of functional design, ergonomics, space planning, technical dimensions, utility integration, and construction detailing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and provide practical technical solutions with minimal management supervision.
• Willing to be assigned to Tabanan, Bali.

• Identify potential design and construction issues and independently provide practical, effective, and efficient technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture, particularly in residential developments and public building projects

Hands-on experience in construction site supervision and architectural design supervision, including project completion and handover processes

Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD for technical drafting and construction drawing development

Strong understanding of functional design, ergonomics, space planning, technical dimensions, utility integration, and construction detailing
