Staff Link is sourcing Architects, Architectural Drafters, and Steel Engineers for multiple positions in Bali. The team will develop concepts through documentation, produce accurate drawings, and support steel and architectural design across residential and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates have strong portfolios, proficiency in AutoCAD and other software, and a collaborative approach to work with engineers and construction teams.

Positions Available

1. Architects

Develop innovative architectural concepts from initial design through to detailed project documentation.

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

Create functional, aesthetically appealing, and technically achievable designs.

Develop 2D and 3D architectural models and presentations.

Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.

Demonstrate strong design sensibility, spatial planning, and material knowledge.

Prepare accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and construction documentation.

Convert architectural concepts and engineering specifications into precise technical drawings.

Assist with 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and design revisions.

Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Maintain high standards of drafting quality, technical precision, and documentation.

Design and develop structural steel solutions for residential and commercial construction projects.

Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation.

Work with light-gauge steel (LGS), structural steel framing, and related construction systems.

Assess structural integrity, loading requirements, material specifications, and design feasibility.

Collaborate with architects, drafters, fabrication teams, and construction professionals.

Ensure structural designs meet applicable engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Provide technical support throughout design development and construction.

General Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

A strong portfolio or examples of previous architectural, drafting, or engineering projects.

Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, Tekla, or other industry-standard applications, depending on the position.

Strong understanding of architectural design, structural principles, construction methods, or technical documentation relevant to the role.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into practical construction solutions.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

Previous experience working on projects in Bali, Jakarta, elsewhere in Indonesia, or internationally is an advantage.

English communication skills are highly desirable.
