Job summary

PT Topworld Desen Global in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced AR Supervisor to oversee daily Accounts Receivable activities, monitor payments, and ensure accurate billing and timely collection, reporting to the Finance Manager and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations to maintain healthy receivables and cash flow.

You will supervise billing, monitor aging, follow up on overdue invoices, reconcile AR, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and support monthly closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of AR, Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Experience in AR supervision or senior roles preferred.
• Strong billing, collection, reconciliation, and AR aging knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and own responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, payment monitoring, and collection follow-up.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and prepare regular AR aging reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment schedules.
• Perform AR reconciliation and ensure customer accounts are properly recorded and updated.
• Review billing documents and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding billing, customer accounts, and payment issues.
• Monitor incoming payments and update payment status in the accounting system.
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies between invoices, payments, and customer records.
• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of AR-related reports.
• Provide regular updates to the Finance Manager regarding outstanding receivables, collection status, and potential payment risks.

Job description

AR Supervisor will manage daily Accounts Receivable activities, monitoring customer payments and outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate and timely billing and collection processes. The AR Supervisor will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with the Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain healthy receivables, improve collection performance, and support the company's cash flow.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Accounting

Experience in AR supervision, coordination, or senior-level responsibilities is preferred

Strong understanding of billing, collection, reconciliation, and AR aging

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Experience in logistics, trading, shipping, or other B2B industries is a plus
