Aufgaben

• Provide technical and application support through product consultations, feasibility studies, demonstrations, training, performance evaluations, data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage assigned projects from technical evaluation and proof of concept through implementation and final handover.
• Coordinate project requirements, schedules, samples, testing conditions, data collection, technical reports with customers and internal teams.
• Plan and conduct Proof-of-Concept activities, product demonstrations, application testing for measurement and inspection solutions.
• Conduct customer visits and deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, system concepts, and project plans.
• Prepare and deliver product and application training for distributors, system integrators, and customers.
• Develop technical reports, application notes, testing procedures, and user guides for project execution.
• Monitor customer applications, competitor activities, and emerging measurement requirements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports covering project status and follow-up actions.
• Escalate risks and dependencies to Application Engineering Manager promptly.

• Conduct customer visits and deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, system concepts, equipment recommendations, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Prepare and deliver product and application training for distributors, system integrators, and customers.
• Develop technical reports, application notes, testing procedures, user guides, and other materials required for project execution and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor customer applications, competitor activities, product positioning, and emerging inspection and measurement requirements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports covering project status, proof-of-concept progress, customer activities, technical issues, sales partner activities, and required follow-up actions.
• Escalate project risks, technical dependencies, and unresolved issues to the Application Engineering Manager in a timely manner.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, instrumentation engineering, physics, food science, computer science, or another relevant science or technology field.
• Language: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, machine vision, industrial automation, instrumentation, inspection and measurement, display or light measurement, color measurement, spectroscopy, or a related technical function, including experience supporting manufacturing environments.
• Experience in conducting customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, technical troubleshooting, data analysis, or system integration is preferred.
• Experience with color measurement, display measurement, light measurement, industrial automation, machine vision, hyperspectral imaging, spectroscopy, or similar sensing and inspection technologies is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, consulting, ownership, and customer-oriented capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow-up activities independently.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and occasionally overseas for customer visits, training, proof-of-concept activities, and project support.
• Driver Licence: Valid driving licence and willingness to drive for customer and project activities in Indonesia.
