Job summary

Cartrack South East Asia is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support for our IoT devices and SaaS platform in Jakarta. You will handle escalated inquiries, maintain documentation, monitor system health, and assist with on-site installations and post-install QA.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering and 1–3 years in IT service with Application Support knowledge. Postman API experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the IT service with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services.
• Knowledge of API (Postman) and technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for both IoT devices and SaaS platform.
