Job summary

PT AROBS SOLUTIONS INDONESIA is seeking a Technical Specialist in Jakarta to support customers with hardware and software issues. You will collect technical details, perform remote troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems to HQ as needed.

The role also involves coordinating with technicians/installers for installation scheduling, contributing to training materials, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Fluent English is required and a engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Robotic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experienced in technical support, customer service, or a similar technical role.
• Fluent in English is a must.
