Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and in a team; willing to work on a rotating schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of application support, SQL, programming, Linux, Microsoft IIS, and application deployment.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a Monday–Sunday shift schedule and respond to urgent issues when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support or IT Support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with application logs, ticketing systems, and web-based applications.

Working Arrangement

• Placement: Yogyakarta, Indonesia
• Working Schedule: Monday–Sunday, based on shift rotation.
