Job summary

TP is seeking an IT Support professional in Indonesia to assist with Windows Server administration, active directory, DNS/DHCP, and security practices. The role requires fluency in English and experience with standard IT support tasks.

The candidate should be comfortable with shift schedules and possess hands-on experience with monitoring software, IIS, and data analytics tools. This position offers on-site work in Yogyakarta region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluently in English (Oral & Written).
• Have knowledge as IT Support.
• Proficient with Windows Server Administration, AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Excel, Reporting and Data Analytics, RDP.
• Windows installation and configuration.
• Working knowledge on IT Security best practices, LANSweeper, IIS.
• Monitoring software & Hardware, Windows Registry and Anti-virus Program.
