Job summary

Kitameraki is seeking a final-year bachelor student for an Application Support Internship based in Indonesia. You will provide 1st level customer support, participate in user acceptance testing, and contribute to product promotion through blog posts.

The role requires working onsite for six months and involves exposure to real software development projects and consulting. Strong English skills are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Last year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Willing to work from the office for 6 months.
• Able to work onsite in Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta or Permata Hijau, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan.

Skill & Knowledge:

• Prior first experience as an Application Support / Quality Assurance / Business Analyst is a plus.
• Good understanding of Software Development cycle is a plus.
• Experience in programming is a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written - MANDATORY (TOEFL ITP minimum 500, TOEFL IBT minimum 79, TOEIC minimum 800, or IELTS minimum 6.5).
